What is foraging?
Searching for wild food
Foraging involves the identification and gathering of wild foods like berries, mushrooms, plants and herbs from their natural habitats. It requires a good knowledge of edible species, local laws and sustainable practices in order to preserve the environment and its biodiversity.
More information
In order to forage safely, you must be confident to identify edible plants and aware of how to protect the local ecosystems. Our workshops, under the guidance of our expert foragers, help equip you with the knowledge that you need to become a skilled forager.
